cmos book
Hi, everyone. These days, I'm reading Razavi's book Design of Analog CMOS Integrated Circuits and I find some question. Could anyone give me some help on how to get an intuitive solution of the gain of the circuit in Fig.9.18(b)? And if the input pairs are not telescopic but folded...
Re: How to study the book CMOS Radio-freq. integrated circui
Hi,davison, I read this book these days too but I just read very little and only on frequency characteristic of feedback systems. Taking what I have read as an example, he just talked about Nyquist test is more general and often...
how to simulate a circuit in cadence
Hello evryone, these days I'm also simulating a circuit with npn and pnp necessary. The software I used is Cadence and the language is spectre. I wonder if the model file gave above was in SPICE. How could I use it in spectre?
Thanks in advance for any help...
Hi everyone, these days I'm designing a low-voltage low-power operational amplifier which expected to have rail to rail input range and output range.
However, after simulation, I didn't achieve what I want. I wondered what should I do to modify the parameters of my schematic.
The result vcm-vo...
