I went through my parts bins and found these 2 nice LCD displays
that I could use for future projects but I could not find any specs or info
about them on the web.. Here is a picture:
I know they use Toshiba T6961A controllers but nothing more.

OrCAD 10.5 importing a Raster image to one of the pcb layer (SOLVED)
It's been a while since I tried to import raster images into one of OrCAD 10.5 layers
without success. So I kind of forgot it for many reasons..
It was by using a small DOS program called GIFTOLLB converter

I'm using Hi-tech Pro v9.83 C compiler with MPLAB-X v.3.15
and everything is working fine.
But since Hi-Tech will have no other compiler version in the futur

Because I was a satisfied user of MPLab 8.9x IDE and
after posting questions about how to add new devices
since the last 8.92 has been released and it is the last one,

I'm programming a PIC16F88 using an ext 8mhz oscillator
connected to OSCI pin and I'm able to debug and program the chip
thru MPLAB v8.9 and Hitech PRO v9.83. So there are no hardware problems in my target board.
BUT I'm doing this because I've never been able to debug it
using it's internal...
