    Distance optronic sensor GP2D12

Good day! I am using this sensor with a PIC microcontroller and it seems it would work fine, but I would like to know what happens when the distance falls less than "10cm", which is the minimum for the sensor and even if its "0cm"? This sensor is easy to work with and it does not require much...

    i2c EEPROM 24AA128 PIC16F690 PIC C Compiler

To ud23: The code is in the dropbox link and so is the schematic. To Easyrider83: Why is it messy? According to the datasheet of EEPROM 24AA128, the sequence is like this: Write sequence: 1. Start condition. *2. Send control byte with control code (1010), device address (A2, A1, A0), read/write...

    i2c EEPROM 24AA128 PIC16F690 PIC C Compiler

Good day! I am trying to write a code to "write to" and "read from" EEPROM 24AA128, but when I read, all I get is the control byte that I have sent. I know that i2c writes the data after the stop condition and before that it keeps it in a buffer, but still I see no reason why it does not work...

    Simple gretz bridge rectifier questions

Good day! I have 2 options, I saw that when we use a bridge rectifier, we get on the output an impulse DC signal with double the frequency than the AC signal? On the second place I saw that the frequency remains the same? Logically the frequency should be doubled, if not, why is that? If we use...

Motor-control-UW a problem with the supply voltage dropping rapidly in the simulation

    1. First user questions: A really curious circuit. You are powering the H bridge from an OP output. Apart form the point that the OP can source maximal 40 mA, how is the OP powered? I was thinking that its 40mA from the output plus the current from the feedback? Also H bridge driving circuit...

Motor-control-UW a problem with the supply voltage dropping rapidly in the simulation

The motor control part is tested. I think that the problem is from Proteus. I added current limiting resistors and a few changes and now it seems to work.

Motor-control-UW a problem with the supply voltage dropping rapidly in the simulation

Good day to everyone! I have this circuit that I made, I simulated it with Proteus and everything seems to work fine, until I press the button to power the "H-bridge" and motor part. From 12V the voltage drops to 0.7V and everything stops. I want to ask why does that happen? Proteus gives me...

    Battery voltage warning

I understand the mistake in my definition. I ment that one peak, is 12.7V. Normally its not so in my country, plus the RMS description is not really used. All you have is the effective 9V and thats it.

    Battery voltage warning

I see, here they give the effective value. Normally I thought that the maximum value is given. This means that we will have a 12.7V AC peak to peak impulse and the effective value will be 9V?

    Battery voltage warning

Thank you for the help, to everyone also! I might be wrong but I dont agree with this part about DC giving more than AC. Normally we should have the 9V impulse from the minus wave being put up as a positive impulse, making impulse voltage by 9V maximum, half wave 180 degrees, starting from 1.2...

    Battery voltage warning

As far as I remember the formula so we can use the normal effective power and so on is AC/square root of 2. I need to power the LM317 with atleast 2.5 times the output power? This means 2.5*1.8 = 4.5V, so a 9V battery or power supply should do? In fact a 5V USB power supply might work as well...

    Battery voltage warning

I tried editing the voltage from the start, but it did not let me and I did not have the strength to search for libraries. On some parts the specifications are editable, on some parts no. I will have to check everything that you said, but the schematic is already made and it works. At 3.3V we...

    Battery voltage warning

Ok. I will download it and test it. In 15 to 30 min I will post the result. - - - Updated - - - It seems to work. But its giving me a voltage drop over the LED of 0.8V. Also it does not has enough models. There is no 3.3V zener, the LEDs start from 5V plus one with no description at 0.8V.

    Battery voltage warning

I dont have simulation libraries for OrCAD in order to simulate it, I can only draw it. I am trying to find an online circuit simulator now, if you can suggest something (a portable software would be the best) I will download it.

    Battery voltage warning

How the does the diode shut off through the zener on the second schematic, which requires 3.3V for the zener to break through and allow any current to pass?
