Have you considered building it and testing it? sooner or later you will have to, and those small capacitors may be located at slightly different positions/values, or even missing on purpose. FREESCALE is now NXP, the evaluation kit (including some Spice files) are available here...
The thin threads (top right red arrow) connecting parallel lines bring same DC potential, probably ground, or some other value, while chocking high frequencies.
Is the signal input on the right-hand side between the red arrows?
