Hi,
I was wondering what the "best" way to do upsampling/downsampling for audio rates would be? By best I mean computationally efficient. I was thinking just a lookup table and using sinc interpolation would be easiest, but any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm trying to devise a way to implement connecting different pins using one button only. I'm trying to do this all in hardware with no programming involved. Programming it would be easy, but i was wondering if this is possible in hardware.
Ex:
button pressed zero times...
