    charging power supply

The power of your power supply is about 13.4 x 50 = 670 Watt, In that case you need to design a 800 Watt power supply. In my experience this kind of power supply is not possible without PFC. And the power supply should use Half Bridge topology. I have seen maximum of 500 Watt power supply...

How to initialize stepper motor ?

Use Rotary Encoder to detect exact position of each motor, You can find a rotary encoder inside a mouse. When you rotate the wheel, an optical sensor provides pulses for certain degree of rotation.

Selecting MOSFET for Buck Converter Design

OK, Its really different kind of power supply, Buck converters are generally designed for DC-DC conversion. So you have to Rectify the 230V ac first, Because current is low, then Buck converter work at this kind of input voltage. IRF840, IRF830, IRF450 these kinds of MOSFETS could serve your...

    Ok, i am here. thanks.

LCD Backlight Dim while driving motor using IR2130

Does LCD backlight starts to dim or the LCD Character starts to dim? In the schematic, did you use 100uF capacitor at the output of 7805?

LCD Backlight Dim while driving motor using IR2130

So the point is, Somehow the motor is stopped forcefully from out side when the MCU tries to run the motor right? If this is the situation then the motor should **** too much current from battery which then cause the voltage drop. Am I right?

LCD Backlight Dim while driving motor using IR2130

You said "when I want to stop the motor manually" .. Is it possible to stop the motor from MCU by disabling the signals? Or you are already stop the motor from MCU. And also is it possible to slow down the speed to very low frequency before stop the motor?

LCD Backlight Dim while driving motor using IR2130

This is correct, 7AH battery should not deliver 66 AMP current due to its internal resistance.

    This Is Correct.

Microcontroller PC connection getting disconnected due to EMI

During test condition, this kind of EMI occurs frequently. It would be better if you can isolate the connection optically from PC RS232 To Your test board serial connections.

LCD Backlight Dim while driving motor using IR2130

Common mode rejection filter should reduce back emf problem, Sometimes free wheeling diode is not sufficient to reduce back emf.

    firing angle control using avr

Hi, First you need to detect the zero cross from the sine wave. In that case you can use one opto coupler to detect zero cross as follows. The output from the Op amp usually goes to an Interrupt pin of uC. After an interrupt you have to fire the scr withing 9ms (1 ms wasted to detect zero...
