The following link has online lecture of using Orcad. See the 2008 and 2007 class for the videos.

I don't know what version of Orcad you are using, but if you are using and old version the video should be okay.
build post test card
You can take the 7 segment decoder part from from this link:
P.O.S.T. Diagnostics Card
I really don't want to spell it out, since it sounds like you are doing a school project. In fact it would be easier to buy a Motherboard POST card if you just need one to use.
The...
post card motherboard
All debug codes go to port 80. The following schematic is for a PCI post card using TTL
chips. Convert it to your favorite CPLD using VHDL or Verilog.
One note: It doesn't use a 7-segment Display. You have to add that part which isn't that card.
For more insight check...
orcad libraries download
More like the other way around. Orcad PCB Designer, can use Allegro libraries, however, Orcad Layout cannot. You can migrate from Orcad Layout to Orcad PCB Designer and hence you can convert some of the footprints to Allegro, (the footprints used in your design would...
no pspice template for
Pspice cannot simulate VHDL Hierarchical blocks. If you are doing digital with Orcad
you have to simulate with Cadence LDV, (now called Cadence IUS). Basically you cannot do mix simulation of VHDL and Pspice. Only simulate VHDL with the above mentioned tools or spice...
It isn't Orcad that is being discontinued. It's support for Orcad Layout. You are suppose to move to Orcad PCB designer, (simple version of Cadence Allegro), to make PC boards.
matlab slps vhdl
The question you asked about is mixed simulation, (Analog and Digital simulation with Pspice). If you just want to do Digital, you could with Orcad but with additional products, (NC-VHDL, Modelsim, etc.). It doesn't make sense since you still need Quartus-II or Xilinx...
pspice vhdl
Okay sorry to burst your bubble but Pspice doesn't support VHDL simulation directly. Orcad may support this future, but not at this time.
Two Solutions I could suggest is; Use ATMEL Wincupl and make a .jed and simulate your PWM with a PSPICE GAL device or you may look at SLPS for...
The standard is called "STANDARD DATA TRANSFER FORMAT BETWEEN DATA PREPARATION SYSTEM AND PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC DEVICE PROGRAMMER" and can be found at:

how to make motherboards
It depends what is wrong with them and if you have the proper tools. For the chipsets you can probably swap and reball the BGA's. For most other parts you can probably buy new ones. PC motherboards aren't really worth fixing. A better choice would be Laptop...
how to build motherboard
A more Updated Link to wire wrap a motherboard would be: **broken link removed**.
The 80486 is probably the last generation you could get by with wire wrapping, (Lower clock than 33mhz that is).
Even so the original message is so old that I doubt the author cares...
orcad/pld
No. You would use a thrid party utility to compile your equations to a jed.
If you are using simple PAL's/GAL's, use http://elm-chan.org/fsw/fgal.zip
Really Orcad FPGA are for legacy designs. You would require third party tools to use Orcad FPGA and I don't think Atmel is...
