Hi, everyone.
I am now using Fastscan to generate test patterns for transition fault, after the generation. I used command
'save patterns atpgfbtests.asc -Ascii -r'
to save the patterns to an external file. But now, I have a trouble with that, the tool will encounter an sigsegv problem once...
