Re: Is it possible for this?
How many cases in your friends, classmates, who got a home
based job? You can check this, and estimate the possibility.
Most work need team work and responsibility, personal reputation.
IF you are intrested in bio related electronics, I upload the book of
bioinstrumentation here.

Re: about RF layout?
I rarely see the book which focus on RFIC layout, but there are several
books which talks on PCB layout. And mos of these focus on high speed
digital layout. The EMC, EMI, RFI issues.
And, your research is for IC or PCB?
Hi Puppet1,
Thanks for this website, I feel it's interesting.
But, I saw the "advanced technology reaearch" rather thans"Killer application" there.
Or, I miss anything?

In terms of possibility, the BME guys will be promoted to higher position rather
than EE guys in biomedical industry.
And, I'm not sure what will push or lead the biomedical industry into high
growth. The high growth comes from the...
Re: SiGe Process VS CMOS
By my personal experience, you'll really appreciate the high gm of
Sige HBT, high current capability so that reduce the parasistic in the
same current requirement. You may often need degenerated resistor
to help the linearity, current mirror matching, lower the noise...
