4017 chaser
The LED's are spaced out and all seem to follow the correct sequence. It's a little hard to tell exactly how far apart, since they're moving, but it looks like they're 3 LED's apart - they're pretty much equally spaced.
In looking at the circuit, it looks like IC2 never pauses...
