Hi all,
Is there any material for voltage regulator design?
In the current project, I need a voltage regulator to convert external 3.3V to internal
2.5V with supply current about 5mA. The process would be 0.25um CMOS process with extra layers for HV devices.

MC8051 of version 1.2 is not bug-free and written in VHDL.
