Dear Klaus , thanks for your hints, I applied slightly different voltages to VS (17v) and the Q pins (19.5v) and it seems it's working properly . There are free-wheeling diodes at the output , do you think it is still necessary to consider external protection diodes?
Hi, thanks for your response ,I should say yes I did. In fact it's more about the regulator accuracy. But I should say I solved the problem, I was using pure resistive load instead of a valve.

Is there anybody who has worked and done any projects with ST's quad low side switch ,L9352 IC? I am trying to design a valve drive with this IC but I have problem with the regulated channels . The unregulated channels work as they should but for the regulated channels 3 & 4 the output...
you can use neutral if you need and phase to null line voltage will be 220V,but usually 3phase loads doesn't need neutral line for operation, because the zero potential is created at the joint point of delta or star connection at the load side.

hi every body,
i have problem with a dc motor drive .the motor works well without no sparks until about 1000rpm but in higher rpm's large sparks are produced on the commutator.
is there anybody who had faced a problem like this if so please share your experience with me.

hi,you can use a differentiator (an RC and an opamp ) to get signal which it's level is proportional to the slope of sawtooth signal.see this link (a representation) for the circuit and its explanations.

i recommend you switching regulators.
try using TOPSWITCH-HX from POWER INTEGRATION.
the most significant benefit of these regulators(top switchs) is the software that POWER INTEGERATION supplys i.e : PIExpertSuiteSetup.
you can enter some data about your desired power...
