Yes you re right i have all the values for the formula so this is not a problem.
But i want to find how the guys of Linear calculate/find the formula and from the circuit topology they shown in the article I can't understant how they retrieve...

Hi Distinct,
the value that you have read refers to the amount of power
that those resistors can handle at ambient temperature.
