hye, can someone help me on how to make pin photodiode by using athena. actually, before this i had create the photodiode by using atlas, and for me it is quite easy than athena.
hye, i'm doing a project about PIN Photodiode by using Athena. from the manual, it only show the process of silicon as the substrate. i'm using InP as the substrate
1) do i need to make an oxidation process on the InP substrate? because, if Silicon substrate, we need to oxide it by using SiO2...
hye, can someone give an example on how to write the source code to get dark current? i try to search in the internet, but i didn't get any source code of dark current for PIN Photodiode. thanks :)
