As i am kwon,it can install in the system of vista.although i have not use cadence spb16.0,but i see some messages about spb 16.0 installing in the system of visa on a very goog forum in chinese.

In my opinion,different softwares have different characteristics,they have their own advantages and disadvantages respectively. i use allegro of cadence almost one year,i feel it is very good,especially for layout.
