Medical devices regulation regarding types of flux

Thanks, this helps a lot! One question though - what do you mean that medical devices don't need RoHS? The EU requires every electronic device to be RoHS compliant, and the US has started this in all states beginning from 2014 (if i'm not mistaken)... Thanks, Trout

Medical devices regulation regarding types of flux

Hi all, I have a small regulation question regarding production of medical devices: Is there a definition somewhere of what types of flux can and cannot be used in medical devices? I know that the solder wire should always be RoHS, but this is a more general regulation and not medical devices...

Problem with printing to PDF from OrCad

I don't have a problem with printing to PDF, my problem is that the reference numbers (U1, U135, etc'...) change whenever I print it to PDF... Also, as I wrote, I tried it with three different programs: PDFCreator, PDF995, and cutePDF (the program that was suggested in the thread you...

    [SOLVED] JTAG TCK Speed Restriction

Hi Everybody, This is my first post on this forum, and I have a small question regarding JTAG... The internal clock (TCK) of JTAG systems is restricted to several MHz, why is that? Where's the bottle neck on the system? Has this bottle neck been addressed in the newer models of the standard...
