You should set PATH and LM_LICENSE_FILE (or CDS_LIC_FILE) properly before you start icfb. "cds_root command not found" because "$cds_root/tools/bin" isn't a part of $PATH.

It seems that you copied the wrong .cdsinit file to your home directory. You should use $CDS_ROOT/tools/dfII/cdsuser/.cdsinit as a template.
You may also comment out the loadi sentences near the end of .cdsinit.

You got warnings, not errors.
You can skip these warnings. But if you want to remove them, just remove the ".cdsenv" file, and choose menu "Option / Save Defaults ..." the save a new ".cdsenv" file.
