Generally speaking, PA should behave phase expansion. But the millimeter-wave PA I designed shows phase compression instead of phase expansion.
Can you give me a hint where the problem is?

Can any buddy forward me a design kit for @DS(device models) that can support pHEMT up to 100 GHz?
It seems that no such models are available in Europractice,which is really disappointing =_= !!
FG-CPW Design
Dear all,
I want to adopt FG-CPW in my millimeter wave circuits design.But I regret to find that current EDA software does not give a good support for CPW,let alone FGCPW,which has become a barrier in my design
