excel engineering notation
I would like to format numbers in excel in an engineering way.
That is, I would like to display numbers as follows 12e03 or 100.3e06 or 48e-9. Does anybody know how to do this?

1) At this moment in time - No (as we do not have a firm understanding of the hole yet).
