I have a model in which there is a curved gap of 20 microns. The actual measured response of the unit is known. But HFSS simulated response shows some resonances which are not there in measured response. I have ensured the model in HFSS is same as the actual hardware. I have also tried...

I am running vb script in HFSS to set a required coupling between two cavities. It solves well.
but some time an error occurs that is "Eigen mode solution process died unexpectedly".
I want when this error occurs, my vbscript recognizes this and acts accordingly................
