1-I mad simulation by pspice which be in orcad and is told me is good and can use it.

I design a Butterworth LPF of order(5) by use op-amp.The problem is i test the circuit But it didnot work,i donot know the reson of that.My cutoff frequnacy is 3.5kHz and the resistanse(4.5kΩ) and capacitor(10nf) which used in cutoff frequancy.My ciruit has 3 statges...
