Hello,
I am working on a BLDC motor circuit for the automotive water pump. I have some questions about my power input.
In the Littelfuse's application note, it says passed all of the surge voltages which consist of ISO7637-2. Just using this TVS Diode is sufficient to surge these voltages...
Thanks, guys. As far as I understand, choosing a new driver would be appropriate.
Dear Klaus,
I am really new at these kinds of stuff and also I am not a elect. engineer. Question will be a little bit off-topic but do you have any recommended source for learning EMC and EMI?

Hello,
I am designing a BLDC motor driver for an actuator and decided to use OnSemi LV8907 as a pre-driver IC. It has a voltage range from 5.5V to 20V. My input voltage would be 24V nominal but the PCB will be tested on a 36V for 1hour and 48V for 15min. The block diagram of the IC is below...
Klaus,
Thank you very much for your valuable comments. My PCB is working well but not looking handsome :)
2- As far as I saw these white ones are not vias these are just pads. There is a pad that almost connected all of the vias. What is the purpose of it?
3- So using ground and power as a...
Hello Everyone,
I am really new at PCB design and edaboard.com forum. Maybe my questions would be silly if so, sorry in advance :)
The PCB at the top is my design for BLDC motor control. The bottom one is a commercial product. Well, as you can see there are some differences I want to ask...
