Can anyone provide me ith Agilent's HFSS tutorial. I guess this product is no longer supported. I wanted to define a waveguide feed for designing an antenna but cannot get hold of any useful material.

Can anybody help me out regarding how to define a waveguide feed to a planar microstrip antenna? What are the dimensions of the waveguide and what are the walls of waveguide and other boundry conditions defined as? Any project neone could send will be gr8. (hharnal(at)gmail.com)

For modeling you can start by consulting any book on active circuits or RF circuits. Then you can also search in IEEE. After some literature survey, you can start by measuring characteristics of device-DC-IV and S parameters at different bias poins and check how they match...
