I want to calculate the resulted static electric and magnetic fields from applying potential difference across the terminals of a cylindrical wire segment using HFSS

I want to create a cylindrical wire in HFSS and apply potential difference across its terminals so i can be able to calculate the static electric and magnetic fields effects of the wire.
this is not my field of study , but it is a task in a big project :-|
