I used silvaco atlas to simulate a 3d photodetector but it did not work well.Now I have to consider using another CAD software.
Does anyone know which software is proper to simulate photodetector and easy to learn?Thank you so much!
I draw a 3D structure using devedit3d then I mesh infile the sructure into deckbuild and I want to get the small signal AC response of the structure.I set the needed parameters but the result is always 'NaN found in CGS' and I did all I can to resolve the problem but they all failed.Can anyone...
