I want to measure continuous water level in the closed, vertical-cylindrical, plastic tank of capacity 1000l (h=1.5m, d=1m) which is situated on the roof-top of my building.

I am working on project of displaying graph of analog signal to TFT LCD.
I managed to interface 320x240 color LCD with LM4F232 running at 80MHz.
The MCU I am using has not external memory controller so I am using GPIO bit-bang to drive LCD.
LCD is having ILI9325 controller and I am using this...
I have design the notch filter using fdesign.notch in MATLAB.
I can also see the response with fvtool.
But I cannot find any way to apply this filter on the actual signal x taht is already stored as array. How to do that?
Plzz help me.:?
