hi in our design we've used a parallel RC circuit for Chassis ground and Digital ground isolation
the resistor value is 1M ohm and the capacitor is 1000pf_2KV

that warning message cannot be disabled ...if the problem you are facing because of multiple GND or VCC pins then you can change the pin type to power then you will not get any warnings:-)
