I'm not sure I have the knowledge to answer this but the device giving the current is a sensor for inner body applications so the reason to define a certain value is that this value is an event that I want to amplify and all the rest is noise or current that I want to ignore.

Hello , I have an output with current range from -20nA to 300nA and I want to use some device or modoul that can pass to an amplifying circuit just the currets between 10nA to 250nA without passing any current that is above or below that range.
Any ideas/suggestions?
