yes , after you correct the registry thrugh RUN and edit the DWORD NO. to 1
you right now can see the hiden file BUT THE IMPORTANT POINT FOR IRREMEABLE OF THE HIDEN FILE YOU MUST GO TO EVERY FOLDER AND SELECT EVERY HIDEN FILE AND CHOOSE PROPERTY THEN TAKE...

to day i found the following post which (snabilat) sent on 02 Jan 2008 20:33
Go to Start >Run>
Type "regedit"
Expand HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\Hidden
change the dword value to 1.
