a kind of curvature bandgap was attached
I can not adjust it to meet my requirement ,20ppm.
maybe you have some good idea about curvature or give me some advice even as some kind of architecture (3v power supply and pnp only)
thx
about bandgap design
I agree that curvature correction should be used in this technology(tnf1=1.4e-4,tnf2=1e-6).and I do my best to design a low ppm bandgap .
about bandgap design
I found that the temperature coefficient of my technology is so big(tnf1=1.4e-4) and I can not design a 20 ppm bandgap for my circuit.who have idea about low ppm bandgap .
osc design
I found that the waveform of my crystal oscillator is not smooth,it is the sine waveform with ladder rise and fall. I guess maybe need some option in hspice, pls help me .I give the picture.[/img]
dac glitches
sorry,I don't know what 's the meaning of yours.
this is a vref buffer and the second stage is res string load to provide equal node voltage and you can use switch to choose the node voltage to next stage.
reducing glitch and charge injection
there are 256 resistors placed from vref to gnd and some switch behind of each res node, when one of switch is off and another switch is on the charge will be injected in the res string and the node voltage of res string will be changed ,through about 500ns...
I design a kind of dac and I find that due to charge injection of switch to the resistor string , the output of dac have glitch about 10mv-20mv even more .I did not know how to solve this problem, who can help me .
thanks
