I am simulating (with PSpice) a circuit that contains 2 SMD noise filters CNF41C101S (Mitsubishi Electric).
I am finding trouble in searching the Spice models for these components.
Does someone know where can I find them? or the spice model of an equivalent component?
Thank you
To print the currents of a mos (named M_1) in a subcircuit (for every istance of the subcircuit), I use this HSpice comand:
.PRINT iall(x*.M_1)
the currents appear in the .lis file (in tabular format), but they are not visible with AvanWaves.
So, how I can view this currents?
Thanks
I'm using Cadence Virtuoso to develop a flyback converter with trasformer. The program shows me the "winding" and the "core" components, but CORE asks me to specify the model neme. I have NO core models on my machine.
Can someone help me to find one?
Then I will modify only the "Jiles -...
Well. The thing is that I want to use Cadence Virtuoso for my simulations.
The problem is to "translate" a PSpice library into a Virtuoso library.
Intusoft.com appears off now.
I'm simulating a flyback trasformer converter with Virtuoso. I find, in the analogLib, the components WINDING and CORE. CORE asks me to insert the model name, but I haven't core models in my machine.
I thinked to translate a PSpice library, but it doesn't appear so simple. It appears much...
