Have you checked if the Line output transistor is OK.
If it is ok disconect the collector and connect 60 watt lamp. If it lights this will prove power supply OK.

Have you checked the power supply PCB.
Pay attention to the 1000 microfarad capacitor. If they are bulging a bit change them and will cure your problem
