Dual feed patch antenna with single connector

can i use probe feed with the network? as in, use a 90 degree microstrip phase shifter beneath the substrate and connect it to the patch via a connecting/shorting pin?

23 dBi gain patch panel antenna

can you please give an example or some reference?

23 dBi gain patch panel antenna

can anyone provide any design reference or method to achieve a 23 dBi gain at 2.4 GHz? thanks in advance

    [SOLVED] Arduino-Pc interface

Hello, im trying to interface my arduino uno with matlab. however, when i try to load my code in IDE software it shows the error i checked the device manager for COM4 and updated the driver software as well. also, selected the right board and port in IDE. still, i cant fix the error. Can anyone...

Dual feed patch antenna with single connector

hi, is it possible to dual feed a patch antenna using a single connector? i can use only one connector for my patch antenna. but in order to achieve circular polarization i have used two feeds with 90 degree phase shift. thanks in advance.

    HFSS surface mesh deformed error

Hi, I'm trying to simulate a spiral antenna in hfss but I'm getting a constant error "surface mesh is deformed too much on Bodies". Can anyone explain the error? Thanks in advance.

    Circular polarization using coupler

Also, since there are two ports, which return loss should we consider? s11 or s22? or the resultant?

    Circular polarization using coupler

yes, it is. and the axial ratio at non resonating frequencies are less that 3 dB. but at resonating points, greater that 15dB.

    Circular polarization using coupler

I tried that. I used two lump ports positioned 90 degrees apart and sources changed to phase 0 and 90 respectively. however, i'm still not able to achieve an axial ratio vs frequency below 3 dB for resonating frequencies.

    Circular polarization using coupler

hello, i'm designing a patch antenna in hfss. in order to achieve circular polarization i'm planning to use a 90 degree hybrid coupler. Is it possible to create a 90 degree phase shift in orthogonal mode excitation in hfss without actually having to draw a coupler. thanks in advance.

Circular polarization using 90 degree hybrid coupler

hello, Im designing a multi-band circularly polarized patch antenna in hfss. In order to achieve circular polarization, i'm using a 90 degree phase shift between two ports . however, while checking axial ratio, i am able to achieve an axial ratio less that 3 dB for the non resonating frequency...

Real time plotting of radiation pattern using matlab

hello, i did try using the drawnow command. but it only plots till the end of the existing value in the text file. the plot doesn't update if i add more data to the text file. is there any way to refresh or update the text file while plotting? attaching code along. load('hplane.txt')...

Real time plotting of radiation pattern using matlab

hello, can anyone suggest any method to plot the radiation pattern in reatime using code or toolbox in matlab? i need to plot a live moving graph while reading the angle and gain. thanks in advance

Design of 45 degree slant polarizer

so is there a way to improve the efficiency in this case without changing the orientation of the receiving antenna?
  15. G

Design of 45 degree slant polarizer

sorry for the ambiguity. the receiving signal is 45 degree polarised. the receiver monopole antenna is vertically oriented and hence the polarisation. the orientation is fixed. can a polariser be used to change the polarisation of the received signal
