Hi , I write a simple hspice code but there is something wrong with it and I cannot solve it. In my code ,I use nmos,pmos,pmos0 in the lib file. When I change my pmos0 patameters, the delay of gate should be change but it didn't. I don't know why and does anybody can help me ? Thank you so much...
