I had tried with a small stepped motor I had at home but it wasn't powerful enough. Could you give me an idea about the type of the motor I should use and a scheme for the mechanical part so I can use only one motor?

I found a small schema to build an simple FM radio transmitter(see attachment). I only need the transmiter because as receiver I'll use a normal FM radio. It should only emit for few meters , but I'm still wondering if I will break the law building this transmitter. Does somebody...
Could please post me a link. I was looking, but I did not found the motor applications. I was thinking about this application and I don't think anymore that a stepped motor should be used. It should be a normal one, that just needs to be started and stoped.
