I use now PCAIRL program to design coils for RF filters, I search for software for design of toroids with ferite core, something like Toroidpro??

Filpro is a good software for beginning the design of cross coupled filter, also PCFILT and SFILSYN could be used see www.alkeng.com
Filpro is more general, PCFILT /SFILSYN are specific for triplets or quadruplets design.

PCFILT from ALK Engineering can design a coaxial HP fILTER.
Go AKLENG site and try demo. Most filter companies (K&L, Trilitic, etc ) use this software it is quite cheap and the support friendly.

I remmember that most of those software companies took part in a benchmarking of EM suites, the test was the vivaldi - most of them claimed victory including EMPIRE .
But as a matter of knowledge there are some classes of EM simulation tools and not all are the same:

EM software in general cannot calculate the influence of roughness on the loss, leading usually to optimistic loss.
To calculate loss they need to apply correction formulas based on experience or measurment. tHAT CAN CHANGE RESULTS BY 0-100% OR MORE.
