acer aspire 5630 laptop boot up problem

I have a Packard Bell Easynote E2316, running with a Insyde Mobile Pro Biosver 4.00.00. On power up the screen will freeze with "checksum invalid - run scu " it attempts to load the scu facility but hangs ? This is even the case...
