Do any one knows about Isolated Magnetic Dipole antenna? This is a small antenna with high isolation,selectivity & flexibility , low SAR & high efficiency? I have the figure of this antenna, but can do any one knows where is the feed & ground on this antenna???

i have designed a a simple PIFA antenna for L1 GPS band, i have achieve all parameters S11, impedance, bandwidth very well, except efficiency. i am receiving very poor effieciency of only 3%. Do any of have an idea why i am achieving very low effieciency.

Usually normal PIFA antennas are Linear polarized antennas. Do any one have an idea how to design a PIFA antenna with Circular polarization, either left or right???
