Check the TTL IC if fully compatible with your design or not.
you should add full rectifier bridge (4 diodes) to reference feedback signal to control by full singnal phase +V phase and -V phase, of course when you use just one diode to rectifier the reference feedback that mean you will control by just one phase of the full signal but the next phase will...
Yes, you will need to add 2 * 47K resistors to pull up and put down the data line, and It would be better if you add 2*P6KE6.8 between data lines and GND to protect the ICs, also you should be added 120Ohm as terminator resistor on the end of data line.
