i want to simulate surface charges on nanowire but i have been confiused. i dont know which codes i should use!!

there is a statement in atlas manual for this simulation:
QSS QSCHARGE=6e10 BOUNDP=(11,13,0.1,0.572)
but after running the program , this error will appear:
** ERROR # 1 **
* Invalid card type specification *...

I am trying to simulate surface charge density or sheet charges on top of the silicon nanowire by atlas.
Do you know how i can do that? how can i define the a layer of charges above the nanowire?
