in power supply, inproperly driven MOSFETs sometimes have small shoot through. Not observable on main power supply because surge current is supplied by decoupling cap but MOSFET will be hot. If you monitor the current via current probe by inserting a wire between cap...
check mosfet
check impedance between drain and source as many suggested. You can also check for diode. Since you have NMOS in your circuit, use multimeter in diode mode, place (-) at drain and (+) at source.

Yes, I know IC50 doesn't support FC2. I just want to see how it performs with a 64bit CPU under a 64bit OS.
Plus, I have heard so much about Linux. Having a 64bit OS and IC50 just gives me enought incentive to jump in and have some fun or headache :D
