in these days i maked various tests.
Anyway i attacched the original circuit that i maked.
the load is a little led light from 5w and 12v.
i tryed to insert an 2200 uf capacitor on the battery, but not work.
i added an resistor 4k7 (respect to circuit) betwwen the base and emitter...
Yes, i have tryed with an battery that i know be good.
I not measured the current that require the circuit but i think is 70/80 mAh about.

is possible that the problem is the relais much near to the pic?

i think that it deals of the reset, because the problem happens in the moment the relais and the load is connected.
the battery that i try is very good and the problem is not certainly its voltage

after one month about is arrived the heat element with thermocouple sensor inside.
i replaced it and now the solder rework station work good again.

i cleaned the terminals near the weld point and now i have short-circuit.
then the weld is good.
After the weld point the wires gone to little ceramic (believe) tube,.
Outside this tube one of these wires is broken.

I checked the big resistors. One is from 1 ohm and one from 1 kohm and both is ok.
I checked the heater on gun handle and it its value is 86 ohm.(I think it is right)
There are other 2 wire that i think the probe, but i don't know how to measure it.

I have my soldering station that have a problem.
With knob Until 280 °c It does not heat up at all, but output only air.

hi everyone, i wanted make an circuit with an pic 18f2550 for read of temperature and drive some loads. until today i used for this purpose always the temperature sensor lm35dz, but now i need of to use an ntc sensor .
comparated to lm35dz , the ntc is not have linear values .
