    [moved] Problem with TCAD-Silvaco , with file.set

    just remove the XXx_log.set file from deckbuild file. A set file is a file which contain plot layout information. you can view your plot in tonyplot.

    u can see the in TIPS document of ur process , the resistivty of HR poly is in kilo-ohms , so its current capacity is very less.
