    Is there a direct correlation between Crosstalk and EMI? If so, how does it work? I'm trying to find papers or source material that discusses this at length; with measurements/graphs but can't find any. Basically, what I want to find out is what are the physics involved between the two.

    Yeah. That was my 1st thought. But I was thinking someone may have designed a compact solution such as the ones in wall outlets where they also have USB ports. I wonder if those outlets have SMPS in them?
