    [ARM] STM32F103VCT6 FSMC and DDR SDRAM ?

    You may check the STM32F4-DISCO schematic, it has a SDRAM on board. Please see the following link: https://www.st.com/web/catalog/tools/FM116/SC959/SS1532/PF259090 You may also find the SW examples there to configure the STM32F4 for SDRAM.

    Not possible, STM32F1 FSMC only supports SRAM. The new STM32F4 familiy members STM32F429 do support also SDRAM. But DDR is not supported by them.
