you can assaign Diffrential pair from menue logic>assaign diff pair
then fron menue Setup>Electrical Constraint spreadsheet you can assigen constrain for your Diff pair that you defined previosly

it is work ok in the 15.2 , 15.5 15.7 V of allegro
for more safty you can use 5mil spasing for 100v
but you can use spasing smaller that it becouse 100v is not continuas (DC) it is just brust for small time you can avarege pulse power over it's time to
1- From Allegro Select menue Setup>Constraint>Electrical
