Transistor as a switch: Continuously ON

Go ahead. the transistor wont be having any problems unless maintained within boundary limits. Keeping it on for the whole day wont trouble it, Calculate the base resistance according to voltage you are going to apply.

    Latch Logic using Transistors

Correct Input as in 24VDC which is supposed to be so... i already tried doing changing the resistor to 10k... doesnt work My output is a set of 8 leds and another one to the base of a transistor whose collector is connected to the pin 4 of a 555 timer and emitter to ground...thats bcs i need to...

    Latch Logic using Transistors

Hi everyone, I am trying to complete a circuit of mine, where I need a Latching circuit to keep my output latched once an some signal occurs at the input... And i can reset the system by resetting the supply of the circuit which is 24VDC. I did some research and using some resources designed...

It has to do with the CMRR... Did you resolve it yet??

    Need to identify 6-pin IC

Hi everyone, I need some help in identifying a component i found in the board. Its a 6-pin IC. It seems to be heart of my Industrial Timer. I am not able to collect any data about this whatsoever, nor can i find any datasheet... If any one can help me in finding this or something similar...could...

Need help identifying SMD device '2087'

Hello, I just opened up a industrial timer circuit which would work from a range of 24-230V ac/dc. No worries about the supply, but what I am curious to know is this component which seems to be the heart of the whole circuit, It is an SMD device 6 pin PDIP. The marking code over it is...

Self Driven Piezo not yielding output

I asked for a working sample for the seller of piezo... And this is the circuit I was forwarded with a video clip of it working... I asked for the values also, hence I know the values for sure. And yes the feedback goes to the base but through a resistor... Actually I want to squeeze out more...

Self Driven Piezo not yielding output

Hi, This is what i am referring https://www.mouser.com/ds/2/40/piezo-43596.pdf this is the link of PDF page number 8 is where i found this....could you please take a look and suggest Thanks..

Self Driven Piezo not yielding output

Hi all, I am trying to work out a self driven 3 wire piezo... The circuit is very easy and I have attached it below... The resistor values are 10k and 180k with an inductance of 60mH, while the circuit should work fine at +5V supply and the frequency for piezo is 3KHz. Even though having all...

Isolation for Random Phase SCR Gate Triggering

Hi Brian, I tried using MOC3021 same like MOC3041... but it doesnt seem to give an expected output... Do you have any other possible solution in mind?? How can I make an Isolation circuit for my SCR Gate??? Thank you...

Isolation for Random Phase SCR Gate Triggering

Hi Klaus, I am not able to find any example circuit neither on Google nor anywhere else with SCR driven by MOC... All the circuits tend to only be driving the TRIACs, even the datasheet examples and application notes which I found... Have you come across any sample circuit with SCR & MOC...

Isolation for Random Phase SCR Gate Triggering

Hi everyone, I am using a PIC18f45k22 chip for Variable Phase angle firing of SCRs. I am not using a TRIAC but instead connecting 2 SCRs back to back for commutation and other reasons. I tried doing this with an Random Phase Opto Isolator MOC3021. But later got to know that MOC only drives...

[PIC] External Interrupt for PIC16F882 (Working on Simulation(Proteus) but not in Hardwar )

I dont think that might work, because if once it gets into a loop the program is going to complete all instructions without being affected by the sequence....
