Hi all,
I am supposed to design simple microstrip patch antenna with 50Ω cpw feed in HFSS. I know cpw equations how to use these equations and calculate related dimensions. I also confirmed it with using some programs such as TXline and AppCAD however at the end I can't find reasonable return...
Hi everyone. I am trying to write matlab programme for audio compression using DCT method. Here, I posted some of the my code.
%function result = compress_dct(X, window, num_components, coeff_bits)
[X1 , f ]=wavread('samplepiano.wav');
window=35208;
num_components=100;
coeff_bits=10;
num_win =...
Hi hsnumr
During my workings about the microstrip patch antennas, I observed that, position of the inset feed changes the antenna return loss value and also the antenna bandwidth not the resonant frequency.
For example, let's say return loss (S parameter ) was found -8db when inset feed position...
Hi all, I am also working on the MIMO antenna project for my thesis and I am stuck on the same question. How can I write ECC formula in HFSS output variable window to obtain accurate results. I know the ECC formula as
but can't write appropriately in HFSS output window. Please help me...
Hi, everyone. I am designing dual band dual element MIMO antenna for WLAN operations for my thesis.
I got stuck on one thing. How can we choose proper distance between antenna elements for designing MIMO antenna in order to obtain high isolation and low mutual coupling? I searched the...
Can you add some information about your design? In s parameter graph, main operating frequency must be below the -10db and more for obtaining good results.
Thank you for your answer :) Yes, unfortunately, ı have to use FR4 substrate because it is only material that can we use in the laboratory to print the antenna. Is there any way to reduce the dielectric losses without changing the substrate material?
Gain problem of dual band microstrip patch antenna in HFSS-need a quick help
Hi everybody, ı am bs student and new at this forum.
I supposed to design dual band microstrip patch antenna for WLAN operations for my thesis. I used inset fed for my design. Antenna operates in 2.45 Ghz (between...
