for example,
you know the H(S) for oscillator = 1/(1+Ao(s)) where Ao(S) is the open loop gain of the PLL.
next step find the phase noise of oscillator Nvco(S) , you can simply use the math. equation to represent it.
Then you Phase noise Lvco(S) = Nvco(S)/|1+Ao(S)|^2...
phase noise su simulink
Dear Sadegh.j,
If you refer to Simulink, you can refer . or try https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/14868
For Matlab code, you need to key in your behavior model equation.
thanks

actually your current is extremely small. 1uA is normal in typical design. remember : gm / Id = 2/vdssat. When you increase gm, you need to increase Id 2.
Thanks
You can use the bandgap reference voltage and do VI conversion. Of course, the tempco of the resistor used in VI conversion should match with the tempco of your bandgap reference voltage output.
Re: trickle charger
Dear Rajeshkumar,
I am refering to Li-ion.
For Ni-Cad,
you can refer https://www.powerstream.com/NiCd.htm
or patent with patent number 4806840
or **broken link removed**
Thanks
Re: trickle charger
Precharge : A charging method who charges a long unused or brand new battery. It normally uses a small current to charge the battery until predefined voltage level is met. It happens in the beginning of the charging process
Trickle charging : A charging method which uses to...
