Hi, how to demodulate a FSK signal,the datarate is 5M. is there available IC? the carrier frequency is about 3GHz.i think i can downconvter it to if ,then i don't know how to do ,anybody can help me?

when i supply a power amplifier ,first i supply the VGG to -1.8V, then i want to turn the VDD form 0V to 10V slowly, but the VDD can't change ,it's current limited.
